Yes. The Free plan is free forever — up to 3 users, 50 records/month and email donation receipts. No credit card is required to sign up, and you can upgrade to a paid plan only when your NGO outgrows it.

Yes. The displayed Pro and Premium prices are monthly subscription prices. You can also choose annual billing at 10× the monthly price — 2 months free. Applicable taxes are extra.

The Free plan suits small NGOs testing digital receipts — up to 3 users and 50 records/month. Pro supports up to 15 users and 25,000 records, Premium supports up to 20 users and 30,000 records, and Enterprise limits are customized.

The Free plan includes manual receipt generation. Pro, Premium and Enterprise add automatic receipt delivery through SMS, WhatsApp and email, subject to configured communication services.

Enterprise pricing is customized according to users, record limits, branches, workflows, integrations, onboarding, migration and support requirements.
